However, if you play in any league matches the asterisked information will be entered on to the Play-cricket website to register you with the League. Only league registered players can participate in league matches.

Due to ECB player regulations if you answer NO i.e. you were not born in the UK, you will be asked for further information.
Also, If you wish to play in the League you will also be required to sign a League Registration form and provide a copy of any visa that may apply.
